El viernes 7 de marzo, a las 19:30 horas la Casa Alberto Sols de Sax acoge la conferencia “Tiempo sin tiempo”, en la que Pepi Martínez relatará su experiencia personal, en el proceso de su vivencia de luces y sombras del cáncer.
Pepi Martínez, nos propone una conferencia esperanzadora y llena de matices personales, que le han ayudado a enfrentar el sufrimiento con amor. Y, para, desde un prisma también espiritual, ofrecer a las personas que padecen la enfermedad, la experiencia de cómo ella ha enfrentado el sufrimiento, con amor y esperanza, transformándolo en un camino de paz. Con esta conferencia, Pepi pretende poner en valor la capacidad del ser humano para afrontar el dolor que puede producirle esta enfermedad.
Esta conferencia es parte de exposición fotográfica “Tiempo sin tiempo”, de la artista eldense Mercedes Candelas, quien nuestra a través de las fotografías, los encuentros con Pepi Martínez, sus alegrías, tristezas, miedos y la incertidumbre que acompaña a la enfermedad.
Tanto la charla como la exposición fotográfica pretenden poner en valor la capacidad de las personas enfermas de cáncer para afrontar la enfermedad y sus duros tratamientos, además de visibilizar a Asociaciones que las apoyan y contribuyen a aliviar su sufrimiento.

This conference is part of the photographic exhibition “Time without time,” by the Elda artist Mercedes Candelas, who shows us, through photographs, the encounters with Pepi Martínez, her joys, sorrows, fears and the uncertainty that accompanies the disease.
Both the talk and the photographic exhibition aim to highlight the ability of people with cancer to cope with the disease and its harsh treatments, as well as to raise awareness of associations that support them and help alleviate their suffering.
