Inaugurada el 4 de noviembre de 2024 en Sax, esta iniciativa continúa generando un impacto favorable en la comunidad. Desde su inauguración, ha aportado un total de 4500 euros a diversas asociaciones.
El pasado sábado 1 de marzo, la Asociación Contra el Cáncer de Onil, ALCCOIRIS, una organización sin ánimo de lucro dedicada a apoyar a los pacientes con cáncer y a sus familias, recibió una generosa donación de 500 € de la tienda sajeña. Y la Asociación APAC en Villena con 750 euros.
En palabras de la responsable de la entidad, Alccoiris, “la investigación y los avances en la ciencia, son una de las principales herramientas para la prevención, los tratamientos y la supervivencia de los pacientes oncológicos y cada avance logrado es de suma importancia” por ello desde Alccoiris agradecen a la tienda Jacqueline’s Charity Shop, «la aportación servirá para, proporcionar ayuda directa al usuario de la asociación para mejorar su calidad de vida».
Es crucial recordar que la administración y gestión del comercio están a cargo de la sajeña Jacqueline Dale, junto a su marido Peter Dale, con un grupo de voluntarios que impulsan esta iniciativa solidaria.
En este sentido, se continúa recibiendo donaciones de aquellos que deseen contribuir desde Sax y sus alrededores. Estos productos recibirán una segunda oportunidad, contribuyendo así a las organizaciones para las cuales están destinadas las ayudas. En esta tienda benéfica, tendrás la oportunidad de adquirir ropa, juguetes, muebles y más a precios excepcionales, con la total recaudación destinada a organizaciones que luchan contra el cáncer.
Actualmente, las colaboraciones incluyen a la Asociación APAC en Villena, que ha recibido un apoyo de 3.250 euros, la Asociación Aspanion, con una contribución de 750 euros, y la Asociación Contra el Cáncer de Onil, ALCCOIRIS, que ha sido beneficiada con 500 euros.
La tienda benéfica tiene la finalidad de generar ingresos mediante la venta de ropa y muebles de segunda mano, con el propósito de continuar brindando cuidado y apoyo a personas afectadas por el cáncer.
