62 personas se acercaron al Centro de Salud de Sax con la intención de donar sangre. Sax se mantiene con buenos resultados en materia de donación.
El Centro de Transfusión de Alicante estuvo el pasado martes 25 de febrero en horario de tarde en el Centro de Salud de Sax, donde acudían 62 personas con intención de donar, de las que se conseguían 53 bolsas de sangre, ya que nueve personas por diferentes motivos no pudieron ejercer el derecho a donar sangre.
La buena noticia la protagonizaron cinco nuevas personas que ya forma parte de la familia de héroes que donan sangre en Sax habitualmente lo componen más de 600 personas.
Las nuevas donaciones de sangre en Sax serán en la Comparsa de Turcos el domingo 16 de marzo en horario matinal y en el Centro de Salud el miércoles 2 de abril por la tarde.
Desde el Centro de Transfusión de la Comunitat Valenciana “os queremos recordar que se necesita sangre para personas de todas las edades y con diferentes necesidades: urgencias, cirugías programadas, partos y sobre todo enfermos con cáncer”. En la provincia de Alicante se necesitan 250 unidades de sangre diarias y como sabéis, la sangre no se puede «fabricar».
Por ese motivo es tan importante concienciar a la ciudadanía de la importancia que tiene la donación de sangre y dándoles la oportunidad de hacerles sentir la gran satisfacción de donar sangre y «regalar vida».
También queremos hacer hincapié en los nuevos donantes y en los donantes jóvenes, ya que es necesario asegurar el relevo generacional de los que ya han cumplido con la donación por edad o que debido a diferentes circunstancias dejan de donar.

In the province of Alicante, 250 units of blood are needed daily and, as you know, blood cannot be “manufactured”.
For this reason, it is so important to raise awareness among citizens about the importance of blood donation and to give them the opportunity to feel the great satisfaction of donating blood and “giving life”.
We also want to emphasize new donors and young donors, since it is necessary to ensure the generational replacement of those who have already fulfilled the donation requirement due to age or who, due to different circumstances, stop donating.
