El pasado viernes 14 de febrero en el Centro de Estudios y Archivo Histórico Municipal Alberto Sols tenía lugar la presentación de los libros El tesoro de Alejandría y Cicatrices y Secretos de la autora sajeña Carmen Galvañ Bernabé, quien estuvo acompañada por Vicente Vázquez Hernández, Bibliotecario, Archivero y Cronista oficial de la Villa de Sax, y por Clarisse Arques Febrero, pianista.
Se trataba de una presentación doble en la que acudía tanto el público juvenil como adulto, ya que El tesoro de Alejandría es una novela destinada a lectores con edades comprendidas entre los 8 y 12 años, fue publicada el pasado mes de agosto por la editorial sevillana Gunis , y está alcanzando una gran notoriedad al ser recomendada por la Revista Sapos y Princesas del periódico El Mundo dentro de las novelas infanto -juveniles más destacadas para fomentar la igualdad de género entre los niños y niñas. Ya que la autora en este libro intenta recuperar la historia de mujeres científicas, y con ello procurar que los jóvenes también tengan referentes femeninos en el campo de la ciencia.
La última publicación de Carmen Galvañ Bernabé y que acaba de salir a la venta es Cicatrices y Secretos, publicada por la editorial valenciana Cuadranta , una de las editoriales más destacadas de la Comunidad Valenciana, se trata de su cuarta antología de relatos premiados en certámenes literarios y en conjunto es su séptimo libro. Al igual que las antologías anteriores, este libro está formado por nueve relatos donde todos los personajes comparten un mismo sentimiento, una profunda cicatriz interior que guarda grandes secretos.

Last Friday, February 14, the presentation of the books El tesoro de Alejandría and Cicatrices y Secretos by the author from Sax, Carmen Galvañ Bernabé, took place at the Alberto Sols Municipal Historical Archive and Study Center. She was accompanied by Vicente Vázquez Hernández, Librarian, Archivist and Official Chronicler of the Villa de Sax, and Clarisse Arques Febrero, pianist.
It was a double presentation attended by both young and adult audiences, since El tesoro de Alejandría is a novel aimed at readers between the ages of 8 and 12. It was published last August by the Seville publishing house Gunis, and is gaining great notoriety after being recommended by the Sapos y Princesas Magazine of the newspaper El Mundo as one of the most outstanding children’s and young adult novels to promote gender equality among boys and girls. Since the author in this book tries to recover the history of female scientists, and with it try to ensure that young people also have female role models in the field of science.
The latest publication by Carmen Galvañ Bernabé, which has just gone on sale, is Cicatrices y Secretos, published by the Valencian publishing house Cuadranta, one of the most prominent publishing houses in the Valencian Community. It is her fourth anthology of stories awarded in literary competitions and, altogether, it is her seventh book. Like the previous anthologies, this book is made up of nine stories where all the characters share the same feeling, a deep inner scar that holds great secrets.
