El 9ª Congreso Profesional del Mediterráneo – CPM2025, ha finalizado, esta mañana, tras dos intensas jornadas en las que se han tratado temas tan actuales cómo la directiva debida sobre sostenibilidad afecta a las empresas o las últimas resoluciones en las audiencias en materia concursal. También se han afrontado otros temas destacados como el concurso sin masa, segunda oportunidad, prepack y unidad productiva. Asimismo, se puede destacar que este año ha sido una convocatoria especialmente participativa en la que se han expuesto numerosos casos prácticos.
Una vez finalizado el encuentro la organización hace balance positivo de este congreso anual que ha reunido a más de 130 asistentes entre profesionales y ponentes. The 9th Professional Congress of the Mediterranean – CPM2025, has ended this morning, after two intense days in which current issues have been discussed, such as the due directive on sustainability affecting companies or the latest resolutions in bankruptcy hearings. Other important issues have also been addressed, such as bankruptcy without assets, second chance, prepack and productive unit. Likewise, it can be highlighted that this year has been a particularly participatory event in which numerous practical cases have been presented.
Once the meeting has ended, the organization makes a positive assessment of this annual congress that has brought together more than 130 attendees between professionals and speakers.
